City of Menifee Named Southern California Top Workplace for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth consecutive year, the City of Menifee was named a “2021 Top Workplace” by the Inland News Group. This annual program invites hundreds of businesses and thousands of employees in Riverside and San Bernadino Counties to participate in a unanimous survey rating their workplace on benefits, leadership, training, compensation, and most noteworthy, workplace culture. The City of Menifee was the only city government agency awarded the distinction of the 33 companies selected from public, private, nonprofit, and government agencies from the two-county designation.

The Top Workplaces program, created by Energage in 2006, maintains the value that "the most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in." A company's designation and ranking as a Top Workplace are determined and calculated based on employee input by Energage's Workplace Dynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. More than one million people complete the survey about their respective organizations each year.
