Riverside County’s Southwest Region to Host Annual Quick Pitch Competition in Menifee
In celebration of Riverside County’s Innovation Month, the Southwest Riverside County Region (comprised of the cities of Menifee, Wildomar, Temecula, and Murrieta) will be hosting the “Southwest Regional Quick Pitch” competition at Menifee City Hall (29844 Haun Rd.). The event will take place on Monday, April 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Startups and entrepreneurs from all industries are invited to join and show off their innovative projects, products, and ideas in a quick 5-minute pitch to a panel of local judges. This year features a special guest judge, Hans Dose, a Menifee resident and entrepreneur behind the Octopus Stand, Tenikle. Dose recently competed on the ABC show, “Shark Tank”, and received a $200K investment offer from the Sharks. Winners of the Southwest Regional Quick Pitch competition will receive a $1,000 prize and an opportunity to compete in the Riverside County Innovation Month Grand Finale. Winners of the Grand Finale who are technology-based can win a prize of $30,000.

Villa, City Manager. “We are proud to co-host events such as the Southwest Regional Quick Pitch to encourage the next generation of start-ups, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers as they demonstrate their creations and groundbreaking concepts.”
